Café ARRIETTY was born in the spring of 2013.
It is a small cafe located at the foot of Higashiyama in Kyoto, surrounded by the owners' favorite creations and attention to detail.

アリエッティの日常は、国内外から京都に来られたお客様や近隣の学生さんをはじめ、多くのお客様でにぎわっています。

ちょっとひと息つきたいときのスイーツや軽食、毎日のおいしいランチはもちろんのこと、店主の厳選した材料と技術で作るふわふわパンケーキは、季節によって２種類の小麦粉の配分を変えて作るこだわり。ご注文を受けてから卵を割ってメレンゲを立て、ひとつひとつ生地から丁寧にお作りしますので、1～2人前あたり20分以上のお時間がかかりますが、それは『ひとくち食べたら忘れられない味』と言われ、たくさんの方から愛されています。

ARRIETTY's daily life is bustling with many customers, including visitors from both domestic and international locations as well as local people. In addition to delicious drinks and light meals that you can enjoy when you want to take a break, the everyday tasty lunches, and the fluffy pancakes made with carefully selected ingredients and techniques by the owner, feature a special twist: the ratio of two types of flour varies depending on the season. We crack the eggs and whip up the meringue after receiving your order, and each pancake is made with great care, which takes over 20 minutes for 1-2 portions. This is because these pancakes are said to have a 'taste that you can't forget after the first bite,' making them loved by many customers.
